Beyond PailsTM Brand and Gourmet "Serve It Warm"TM Brand Ceramic Soup Crocks carries a 30 day warranty for defects in materials and original workmanship, to our retailers, beginning with first day of receipt.

Our warranty is non-transferable and excludes damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect, which includes, scratches, stains, discoloration, warping caused by normal use, or improper maintenance. This warranty includes non-stainless steel parts subject to the handling limitations discussed in our Use & Care instructions. We use reputable Non-Stick Coating Brands, which are warranted by their manufacturers'. Information is inserted in each appropriate product.

Our website Lifetime Limited Warranty, Guarantees and Use & Care Instructions supercedes all print material.
